Kylie's Demonstrator Training Blog Hop June 2019

Welcome to June 2019 Blog Hop for Kylie Bertucci's Demonstrator Training Team. No theme, just use current Stampin' Up! products and our Annual Catalog for June 2019 through May 2020 went live on June 4th! Yah! We all get to play with new stuff!
I picked the new It Starts with Art Bundle for this card:
I have been a Decorative Painter and Quilter for many years and this set just called my name. My plan was to use the various button dies to make a card.
I started with Whisper White Thick card stock and the brick stencil from the Pattern Party Decorative Mask set of 4. Using the white Embossing Paste and a pallet knife you just "frost" the card. Be sure to soak your stencil and pallet knife right away. While the paste was drying, I ran all the various buttons dies through the Big Shot with all different Stampin' Up! colored card stock (shown below) to get a nice selection of colors and sizes.
The black & white stripe down the side was made with the Gallery Grunge striped stamp on Whisper White card stock with Memento Black Ink. If you don't have the pattern paper that you envision, just make your own!
My adhesive of choice is the Tombow Liquid Adhesive and all the pieces were glued using it. The sweet sentiment is from the Little Elephant Stamp Set, white heat embossed on Basic Black card stock and punched out with the Classic Label Punch. The card base is A2 size using Granny Apple Green card stock.

Thank you for "hopping along" with us and here are all the very creative demos participating:
