Pink and Main Hummingbirds for FMS #416

Welcome friends to my blog post for Freshly Made Sketches #416:
I wanted to make a card that wasn't Christmas! Time for a change. I have this cute set from Pink and Main with hummingbirds. My husband's favorite past time is to watch all the hummingbirds that we have in our yard during the summer. So this set just spoke to me.

The images on the card were stamped on Bristol Smooth card stock with Scrapbook.com's Hybrid Black Ink. The coloring was done with my Zig markers. I can easily take them to work, so much of my coloring lately is done with Zigs.

The images were die cut with the coordinating dies. The back striped layer is card stock from Pink and Main called Be Merry. The top white piece is Neenah white die cut with Spellbinder's Nestabilities Fancy Edge Rectangles. I blended Salty Ocean Distress Ink in the center with my Stamp Market medium blending too. That tool just makes the softest blend.

The outside sentiment is from My Favorite Things Sweet Sentiments. There are a few Pretty Pink Posh Sparkling Clear embellishments finishing the outside. They are amazing in their sparkle!

The inside sentiment is from the Paper Smooches Fun & Flirty set. This set has such good sentiments for many occasions.
Thanks for visiting at the holiday season and I hope your Christmas is special this year!
