Waffle Flower Garden Dec. 2019 Happy Day

One more quick submittal for Waffle Flower's Anything Goes Challenge in their Facebook Fan Group.
I made a card in the fun new size, a #10 card size. I am going to use just one postage stamp since it is a standard size.
This card was so much fun to make! I used Waffle Flowers' Happy Day Combo set of stamps and dies for all the images. They were stamped on Bristol Smooth Paper with Scrapbook.com's Hybrid Black Ink and watercolored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.
The base is a full piece on Neenah Solar heavy weight card stock scored the long way. I did trim the card to fit into the envelopes from Trinity Stamps. I had bought a set of colored envelopes because I love that coordinated look with a card.

The background was ink blended with Distress Ink, a green for the grass and a blue for the sky. I used Post-it-Tape to make a straight line. The clouds were made with Trinity Stamps' Cloudy Day Stencil. I actually used the stencil pieces of clouds and held them to the card with a tiny bit of re-positional adhesive. I softly ink-blended the blue around them.

This was such fun to put together, I made a second one as a Christmas gift for my daughter and put it in a frame. It's actually a floating frame I purchased at Michaels. The panel with the popped up images wouldn't fit between the 2 pieces of glass so I adhered the panel to the front of the glass with clear tack tape.
Waffle Flower's stamps and dies are of such high quality and cute, cute images. They stamped beautifully and cut out cleanly. This set is being discontinued, so if you are interested, don't hesitate!

Today IS a Good Day To Be Happy!
