What the Cluck? for FMS#424

Welcome back, crafty friends....to my Sunday post for Freshly Made Sketches 424:
I made 2 cards for this challenge. It's hard for me to only make one since I usually color a bunch of images and have all the supplies out at one time. Here is the second card:
As some of you may know, I make cards for my daughter's shops at The Cotton Company in Wake Forest, NC. She sells under the name "The Toadstool Shoppe" and has recently opened an oil & vinegar shop (Veronica Foods brand) under the name "o&v".
We have been selling for about 3 years now and have found what sells and what doesn't in this area. Funny how that goes.  Birthday cards sell the most and we've found punny cards do too. These 2 cards certainly fit that category and we've sold many of them.

The three stamps sets/dies I use to make these cards are: Newton's Nook Cluck, Gerda Steiner Chicken Scratch and Technique Tuesday Cheeky Chickens. I use all three in combination with each other.

All links are shown below. Anything not linked, such as the paper, flag die, etc. were items I had in my stash and can easily be found.

I did get try out some new stencils: Simon Hurley's new release "The Loo" on the grey card. On the gold/yellow card I used Taylored Expressions' Double Diamond stencil that I picked up when they recently had a stencil sale. I used my Wendy Vecchi Make Art Station which makes working with ink and stencils a breeze!

The images were stamped on Bristol Smooth paper and colored with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers.

Thanks for visiting today and hope you can get a chance to make some fun punny cards!
